What are your delivery options and timelines?

We offer typical delivery time of 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. If you require faster delivery you can contact us and inquire about our express delivery options!

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes! All furniture comes with basic assembly included. For a hassle-free experience, opt for our Full Turn-Key Service, where we handle unpacking, setup, and even styling your space.

What is your return/exchange policy?
  • Individual Items: Free returns at the time of delivery if unused/unopened.

  • Furniture Packages: Non-returnable due to discounted pricing.

  • Damaged Items: Report within 7 days for a replacement.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Our out of stock items are replenished regularly. However if you have an item you like, then reach to us for item restock status. We’ll do our best to prioritize your request whenever possible.

Can I customize my furniture (color, size, etc.)?

Absolutely! Many of our pieces can be customized in fabric, finish, or dimensions. Contact our team at support@newhomefurniture.ae for tailored solutions.
